The Journey - Week 1

Every time, we see the same man, with the same expression staring back at us. Well, who knew he could be this happy?

The bright yellow and orange coloration of the butterfly reminds me of a sunset.

As a kid I was always told not to play with my food, but I just can't help placing the Angry Bird fishcake into the torn boiled egg.

My imagination tricks me into seeing the face of a Walrus/Seal snugged up comfortably in the centre of the flower.

Nature's own colour pencils/paints.

The area where sunlight is allowed to filter through is shaped like a Sun. Gives the feeling of being outdoors while indoors.

Tree branches are hardy and strong, and give the impression that they are rigid. This tree here decided to be different and made a little pretty twirl at the end of one of its branches.

Water plants like this break out of the water's surface and stretch itself out into the atmosphere. Such determination.

A simple cylindrical shape could stack up on each other to form a completely different structure.

The glistening swirl of the batter makes me think about how satisfyingly smooth and rich the texture is.
